It's been two weeks and I finally had a chance to go for a 60 minute run this morning. West Vancouver boardwalk was the perfect place for my first run since I had a grade 1 tear to my hamstring. It was very slow going and the terrain could not have been flatter, it still didn't feel 100%, but I guess that would be wishing for a miracle. I'll keep doing what I'm doing and go for a few light runs during the week, hopefully I'll be able to start to increase my times again very soon...
